Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Damages

  • Delasol is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
